Look Mum No Computer is a top-down, twin-stick shooter action RPG with a roguelite structure from The Bit Father. It launched on PC via Steam and GOG in July 2025 and arrived on consoles (Xbox One and Series X, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Nintendo Switch) on Jan. 22, 2026.

Its crunchy synthwave soundtrack quickly draws players into the chaos. The game opens in Sam Battle’s workshop in the town of Soldersworth, where Kosmo, a sentient synthesizer backpack fused to a sound cannon, shrinks you down to dive into corrupted electronics.

Each malfunctioning device becomes a self-contained dungeon filled with unique characters, quests and frantic, projectile-heavy combat that often flirts with bullet-hell intensity. Weapons overheat and you constantly swap modules, encouraging a fast, improvisational playstyle rather than careful precision; death sends you back to your last save without losing resources.
