Man of Tomorrow Adds Lanterns Star Aaron Pierre
Aaron Pierre is confirmed to reprise his role as John Stewart’s Green Lantern in Man of Tomorrow. This will be his second confirmed appearance in the DC Universe, following his debut this August in HBO Max’s Lanterns series. The announcement did not offer specific details about Stewart’s part in the film.
Man of Tomorrow follows the DCU’s slate after Supergirl and Clayface, with James Gunn and Peter Safran returning to the big screen in 2027. The story centers on David Corenswet’s Clark Kent and Nicholas Hoult’s Lex Luthor being forced to team up to stop Brainiac, who will be played by Lars Eidinger.
The supporting cast already includes Rachel Brosnahan’s Lois Lane, Frank Grillo’s Rick Flag Sr., Skyler Gisondo’s Jimmy Olsen, Isabela Merced’s Hawkgirl and Maria Gabriella de Faria’s The Engineer. Fans may also see members of the Justice Gang return, including Nathan Fillion’s Guy Gardner, who is confirmed to appear alongside Stewart in Lanterns.
