Bungie pushed a hotfix to address a key complaint about Marathon’s storefront: Lux bundles now include the exact amount needed to buy a skin instead of leaving players a few credits short. Previously the $10 pack granted 1,100 Lux while some runner skins cost 1,120, forcing players to spend more; Bungie changed that bundle to 1,120 Lux and credited 20 Lux to anyone who’d already bought it.

Players had also raised concerns about the paid battle pass rewards and consumable stickers that can only be applied once. Bungie acknowledged the feedback, saying it wants players to feel they are getting good value and is discussing ways to improve the experience as part of the first post-launch update due next week.

The upcoming patch will also make gameplay on the starting map more newcomer-friendly. Objective markers will appear when you’re within 20 meters instead of 10, and the number of Med Cabinets and Munitions Crates that spawn on Perimeter will increase.
