Marshall Woburn 3 delivers loud, stylish Bluetooth sound
The Marshall Woburn 3 commands a premium price. While it may not be the best value on specs alone, its rich, powerful sound and iconic design make it a standout for die‑hard Marshall fans and audiophiles, and discounts are rare enough that any price drop makes it a far better deal than paying full retail.
It wears the signature Marshall look inspired by the company’s old guitar amplifiers. At 7.5kg and measuring 12.5 x 15.8 x 8.0 inches, the speaker is large, with a faux leather top, brass control knobs for Volume, Bass, and Treble, a power switch, a playback control slider knob, an aux port, and a selector for Bluetooth, aux, RCA, and HDMI inputs.
The cloth front grille and branding complete the classic aesthetic, and connectivity includes Bluetooth v5.2, HDMI, RCA, and a 3.5 mm jack; there’s also a rear cavity to make it easier to pick up and move. Marshall focused on hardware but limited wireless source support: there’s no Wi‑Fi or voice assistant, and the Woburn 3 misses AAC, AptX, LDAC and other hi‑res capable codecs.
