Marvel shifts a 2028 MCU release, adds two 2029 dates

Marvel Studios has expanded its release calendar by adding two new dates for 2029 and adjusted its 2028 schedule by pushing back one planned film.

A date that had been set for February 18, 2028, was moved to July 13, 2028 (via The Wrap). No film has been officially attached to that slot, but a likely candidate is Ryan Coogler's Black Panther 3. Coogler, an Academy Award winning director, has said he intends to make the threequel his next film following his previous two entries in the series.

None of the films for the newly announced 2029 dates or the shifted 2028 slot have been revealed, leaving Marvel’s upcoming slate open to speculation.
