Mauricio Umansky seen with mystery woman after Chateau Marmont outing

Mauricio Umansky, 55, was photographed driving away from Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles after a night out, with a mystery brunette riding shotgun and fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum PK Kemsley, 58, in the backseat. Umansky wore a light denim button-up, Kemsley a green shirt, and the woman was clad in black.

The nature of Umansky’s relationship with the woman is unknown. While he previously appeared “touchy and warm” with his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, at Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve Bash, “They are not getting back together or rekindling their romance.” The couple announced their split in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage and have yet to file for divorce, though they have dated other people since their separation.

Umansky was spotted getting handsy with Celisa “CJ” Franco, 35, in Los Angeles in November 2025 and has been linked to singer Anitta, 32, and models Nikita Kahn, 35, and Klaudia K, 33.
