Ex-Manchester United players Scott McTominay and Rasmus Hojlund were the heroes as Napoli came from behind to beat Genoa 3-2 in the final minute. Napoli fell behind early at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris to a Ruslan Malinovskyi penalty, but Hojlund levelled after 20 minutes and McTominay soon put the visitors ahead.

McTominay was replaced at half-time by January signing Giovane because of an injury. The second half saw Lorenzo Colombo equalise just after the hour and Napoli reduced to ten men when Juan Jesus was sent off, but after a lengthy VAR check a deep added-time penalty was awarded and Hojlund converted to snatch the win.

Conte said the midfielder has had "a tendon problem he's had since the start of the year. It hurts him every now and then, it doesn't stop him from playing, but he plays at reduced speeds.
