Members Only cast welcome Bethenny Frankel's 'Walmart Birkin' comments
Stars of Netflix’s new reality series “Members Only: Palm Beach” said they welcomed Bethenny Frankel’s comparison of the cast to “Walmart Birkins,” Pagesix reports.
Frankel, who moved to Florida and posted a TikTok rant, argued the uproar around the show reflects jealousy from Palm Beach’s old guard and territorial disputes between Palm Beach proper and West Palm — comparing the reaction to how people reacted to a “Walmart Birkin.” She also said, “The only currency in Palm Beach is how rich you are,” on TikTok.
Cast members responded by treating the remarks as a compliment. Ro‑Mina Ustayev said she felt Frankel might have been defending her and that she would love to connect with her; Rosalyn Yellin said, “I loved it. Guess what? She’s talking about it,” and called critics “more ridiculous” than the women on the show. Taja Abitol said she was flattered Frankel was watching and invited her to the Faena for a TajaDrip treatment.
“Members Only: Palm Beach” premiered Dec. 29 and is available to stream on Netflix; cast members have publicly invited Frankel to connect but no visit has been reported in the source material.
