Michael Keaton, who stepped back into Batman in The Flash and the scrapped Batgirl movie, was honored at Harvard University's Hasty Pudding Theatricals as this year’s Man of the Year. A video of the presentation shows him accepting the pudding pot at Farkas Hall and joining in the evening’s playful proceedings.

During a segment titled "Salooney Tunes," Keaton was ribbed for his lack of Academy Awards and a Bat-Signal appeared on the wall above him. He was fitted with a deliberately low-budget cape and cowl and staged a strange sword-fight with an Oscar statuette and a gold morph-suit adversary.

He also delivered stand-up gags that made Boston the butt of the jokes and wore a McDonald’s uniform for a sketch tied to his portrayal of Ray Kroc in The Founder. The night was a lighthearted contrast to the Academy Awards, where he previously shared a memorable moment with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito.
