Monarch: Legacy of Monsters shattered a world record with a drone show above Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Feb. 20, a week before Season 2 debuts on Feb. 27. The event was attended by Kurt and Wyatt Russell, Anders Holm, Mari Yamamoto and Joe Tippett. The display used 3,000 drones flying almost 500 feet into the sky across a 1000' by 1000' area and was visible from over three miles away.

A 12-minute program scored by Leopold Ross brought Godzilla, Kong and the mysterious Titan X to life, while pyrodrones recreated Godzilla’s atomic breath. It is now the tallest aerial display of a fictional character ever formed using drones. Season 2 returns Kurt and Wyatt Russell as the older and younger versions of Lee Shaw as the series continues to explore the Monarch organization and the Titans of the Hollow Earth.
