Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2 Image Reveals Titan X

A new image has offered the best look yet at the mysterious Titan X ahead of the premiere of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2's latest episode. The creature was shown escaping Axis Mundi when Cate Randa opened a rift and was pursued by Kong before slipping off Skull Island and into the water.

Discussing Film shared a promotional shot depicting Titan X and Kong facing off in a sunset battle. Titan X has a reptilian-like snout, glowing bioluminescent spines around its head and a sharp horn, along with a series of tentacles that allow it to move on land and at sea.

Design details have drawn comparisons to Biollante and prompted speculation about Tiamat from Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, but the image suggests Titan X is a truly original MonsterVerse creature. That would align with the Apple TV series, where, aside from Kong and Godzilla, the show’s titans are original creations rather than characters from the Toho films.
