More unannounced games coming before next March

Despite a packed 2026 slate that includes Resident Evil Requiem, Monster Hunter Stories 3, Pragmata and Onimusha: Way of the Sword, the company says it will release additional unannounced games before next March.

The firm has launched at least one major AAA release each year for the past decade, but this year goes further. Even with Resident Evil Requiem arriving last week, Monster Hunter Stories 3, Pragmata and Onimusha: Way of the Sword remain on the roster; Pragmata received a new April 17 release date during last night's Spotlight, while Onimusha is still aiming for an unannounced date.

Last year, mere days before the new Mega Man was revealed, the company's COO Haruhiro Tsujimoto singled out Mega Man, Ace Attorney and Devil May Cry as series they want to elevate into core franchises alongside Resident Evil, Monster Hunter and Street Fighter. That makes further announcements — and possibly news about Devil May Cry 6 — a reasonable expectation.
