Investigators looking for 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie have asked her Tucson neighbors to turn over month-old security camera recordings. Residents with Ring doorbells were specifically asked for footage between 9 p.m. and midnight on Jan. 11, and for video from the morning of Jan.

31 between 9:30 and 11 a.m. Nancy was last seen on the evening of Jan. 31 and was reported missing on Feb. 1; her home was treated as a crime scene because of a blood trail and signs of forced entry. Disturbing footage released Tuesday showed a masked, armed person approaching her front door in the early hours of Feb.

1, and that release has generated about 4,000 tips out of some 18,000 total. Authorities have also questioned neighbors about their vehicles, specifically whether they own a truck — "They’ve been asking for a truck," neighbor David Romano said — and briefly detained someone who was later released and has denied involvement.
