ZDNET reviewed the Neoteck TS20D 3‑in‑1 pen multimeter, which the outlet says is available now for $22.79 and aims to provide full multimeter functionality at a low price.

According to ZDNET, the compact TS20D handles AC and DC voltages, resistance, diode testing, non‑contact voltage detection, capacitance, ambient temperature, AC frequency and live/phase sequence identification. It is a 6,000‑count unit, giving finer resolution than many cheaper models, and ZDNET lists accuracy at ±1% for AC and ±0.8% for DC. The review notes the meter does not perform amperage readings. The TS20D is marked CAT II to 600V and, ZDNET says, handled UK mains (230V average, peak around 325V) without issue.

The reviewer highlighted practical features such as prong insulators, three side controls, a high‑contrast LCD (with some smaller-on‑screen text), a built‑in LED, supplied clips and fine probes, a carry pouch, and two included AAA batteries (the battery compartment requires a tiny crosspoint screwdriver and the small screw is not captive). ZDNET's buying advice is that for around $25 the unit is a fully featured, well‑made and decently accurate tool for most multimeter tasks, though the reviewer still prefers a more expensive Pokit Pro for professional use and smartphone connectivity.
