Outlander’s eighth and final season premieres on Starz on March 6, 2026. Developed by Ronald D. Moore from Diana Gabaldon’s novels and starring Caitríona Balfe and Sam Heughan, the season will arrive on Netflix in most international territories on March 7, 2026, with new episodes added weekly.

Territories set to get the season on March 7 include France, Belgium, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Switzerland and South Korea. The series already streams on MGM+ in the U.K., and a handful of countries — including the Netherlands, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, Mexico and Sweden — will likely wait until roughly a year after Season 8 finishes airing and local broadcasters have exhausted their exclusive windows.

U.S. subscribers face a longer delay because Netflix’s U.S. rights are licensed through Sony Pictures Television and can only follow a Starz exclusivity period, which is two years after a season’s finale. Season 7 has not fully arrived on Netflix U.S.
