Nicole Kidman seen holding hands with Simon Baker after premiere

Nicole Kidman was seen holding hands with her Scarpetta co-star Simon Baker on the red carpet in New York City on March 3. They were later photographed close at the afterparty, with observers saying their chemistry "clearly wasn't faked" and that they "stayed close all night and were deep in conversation."

In the Prime thriller Scarpetta, Kidman, 58, plays forensic pathologist Dr. Kay Scarpetta and Baker, 56, plays her husband Benton Wesley. The two also appeared as a married couple in the 2022 series Roar and have been friends for years; Kidman is the godmother to Baker's son with his ex-wife, Rebecca Rigg.

Kidman filed for divorce from Keith Urban, 58, in September after 19 years of marriage; the couple share daughters Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15, and their split was finalized in January. They had reportedly been living apart since the beginning of summer 2025, and Urban was later linked to his guitarist, Maggie Baugh, a claim a friend denied.
