Nicole Kidman to take daughter Sunday to 2026 Met Gala

Nicole Kidman revealed she will be accompanied by her oldest daughter to the 2026 Met Gala on May 4. "And this is—I think it’s the third time I’ve co-chaired—but to do it now?" the "Moulin Rouge" actress said on the March 11 episode of the "Las Culturistas" podcast.

"I’m so, so happy, and my daughter Sunday will be coming." Kidman, who shares 17-year-old Sunday and 15-year-old Faith with ex-husband Keith Urban, said Sunday "loves fashion" and has just walked the Dior show, "she’s flying back from Paris now." She is also mother to Bella, 33, and Connor, 31, from her marriage to Tom Cruise.

Kidman added she can't take credit for Sunday’s career: "It’s her own, whole world and it’s incredible." Sunday first made her runway debut at Miu Miu’s spring/summer 2025 Paris Fashion Week show in October 2024, then appeared in the brand’s campaign the following January and landed Nylon's August 2025 cover.
