Nintendo has confirmed a new Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase for Thursday, Feb. 5. The showcase will stream on Nintendo's YouTube channel at 6 a.m. PST/9 a.m. EST and run for approximately 30 minutes. The presentation will focus on titles from Nintendo's third-party partners for Switch and Switch 2 rather than Nintendo-published games.

Nintendo has not listed which developers or games will appear, but potential candidates cited include Capcom's Resident Evil Requiem and ports of Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil Village, Pragmata, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, FromSoftware's Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition and The Duskbloods, Square Enix's The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, Level-5's Professor Layton and the New World of Steam, and rumored ports such as Final Fantasy 16 and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

Less likely to appear are the announced but indefinitely delayed port of Borderlands 4 and a Baldur's Gate 3 port, which Larian Studio says has fallen by the wayside over its relationship with Hasbro.
