Over $321M in tokens to unlock mid-February 2025

More than $321 million in crypto tokens will unlock during the third week of February 2025, a wave that could introduce market volatility and influence short-term price movements. Major releases expected include LayerZero (ZRO), YZY (YZY), and KAITO (KAITO). LayerZero will unlock 25.71 million ZRO on February 20, roughly 5.98% of its released supply and about $43.19 million in value.

The release takes the released supply to 429.96 million ZRO out of a 1 billion total; 13.42 million ZRO are earmarked for strategic partners, 10.63 million for core contributors and 1.67 million for tokens repurchased by the team. YZY will unlock 62.5 million tokens on February 17, representing 17.24% of its released supply and worth around $20.34 million.

That raises the released supply to 362.5 million YZY of a 1 billion total, with 50 million allocated to Yeezy Investments LLC (Vesting 2) and 12.5 million to Yeezy Investments LLC (Vesting 1.3).
