Paulina Porizkova says new Double Wear foundation gives mature skin 'hope'

Supermodel Paulina Porizkova, known for her candid takes on aging and beauty, tested Estée Lauder’s newly reformulated Double Wear foundation in an Instagram post. She said the old formula had been “too dry, too matte” for her older skin and expressed cautious excitement about the new version.

For a side-by-side comparison she applied her go-to Estée Lauder Futurist Skin Tint Serum on one side of her face and the new Double Wear on the other, using the foundation where she has more blemishes because it offers extra coverage.

After seven hours she reported that the product “hasn’t settled into my lines and wrinkles,” and called the Double Wear side “more even and luminous.” She added she was “really impressed” and declared, “This 60-year-old can finally wear Double Wear!”

Shoppers have given the reformulation high marks as well. One Amazon reviewer wrote, “New formula is great. Does what it promises,” and the product has drawn praise across TikTok.
