Peaky Blinders Reenters Netflix Top 10 Ahead of The Immortal Man Spin-Off
Collider reports that Cillian Murphy’s Peaky Blinders has climbed back into Netflix’s global top 10 as viewers rewatch the series ahead of its spin-off film.
Murphy played Thomas Shelby across all six seasons of Peaky Blinders from 2013 to 2022, the British crime thriller about a gangster family in the early 1900s. Fans are revisiting the original series while awaiting the spin-off, titled The Immortal Man.
The Immortal Man will open in select theaters on March 6 before arriving on Netflix globally on March 20. Murphy returns as Tommy Shelby; the film does not include Anya Taylor-Joy or Tom Hardy, but adds Rebecca Ferguson and Barry Keoghan, and is written by Steven Knight and directed by Tom Harper.
The article noted Murphy won his first Oscar for Oppenheimer a few years ago and described his post-Oppenheimer projects as small and quiet, saying The Immortal Man will mark his return and calling it "sure to be one of the most explosive films of 2026." All episodes of Peaky Blinders are available on Netflix.
