Photos show damage to major cities and tourist hotspots across the Middle East, from Dubai to Tehran. The US and Israel launched Operation Epic Fury on Saturday, and Iran responded with strikes across six Gulf nations. Intercepted missiles were seen streaking across the sky in Dubai, and debris appeared to spark fires and other issues.

One of the buildings hit was the Fairmont The Palm hotel, where workers were seen inspecting damage. Smoke rose over the Palm Jumeirah and a plume was visible near the port of Jebel Ali as a yacht sailed past. The city's media office said "debris resulting from an aerial interception" hit a southern Dubai port berth and did not cause injuries.

Satellite pictures show extensive damage to Iranian Supreme Leader Khamenei's residence. Khamenei was killed on Saturday, and it remains unclear if he was at the Tehran compound when it was struck.
