Players keep banning Overwatch's jetpack cat Fika in ranked

Jetpack Cat has emerged as a standout in Overwatch's relaunch. The support hero is exactly what she sounds like: a cat with a jetpack that can tether both friends and foes and fly them around the battlefield, giving players unexpected high ground or a quick tumble down the side of a map.

That makes for great clips, hilarious antics, and game-changing plays when teams coordinate. Still, the fleabag is such a menace that she’s being banned in almost every ranked match. The sweet baby angel is named Fika and has joined Sombra in Overwatch jail, where players vote to ban heroes each game.

At this rate, if you want to even play Jetpack Cat, you have to head into Quick Play or an arcade mode where bans aren't implemented; players who want to play her are begging on social media to let her out of her crate, often posting clips that show why others see her as a nuisance.
