Pokémon Go will host a Scorbunny Community Day on Saturday, March 14 from 2-5 p.m. local time. Scorbunny will appear in large numbers and has a high shiny rate; old research by the now-defunct website The Silph Road (via Wayback Machine) estimates Community Day shiny odds at about 1 in 24, so playing throughout the three-hour window should net several shinies.

If you’re short on time or Poké Balls, pop an Incense and quickly tap each Scorbunny to check for shininess, then run from any that aren’t shiny. Tapped Scorbunny will face your player, which helps track which ones you’ve already checked. You should also place eggs into Incubators during the event, since hatch distance is reduced to one quarter.

Evolve Raboot into Cinderace between 2-9 p.m. on March 14 to teach it the charged move Blast Burn. Missing that window means you’ll likely get another chance during a Community Day weekend in December, or you can use an Elite TM to add the move now.
