Pokémon Go Valentine's Day 2026 event guide
Pokémon Go’s Valentine’s Day 2026 event runs Feb. 10–15 and spotlights paired-up and pink Pokémon. Crown-wearing Nidoqueen and Nidoking return to raids, catches earn double XP, and opening gifts grants double Stardust. A global challenge tied to sending gifts will unlock Timed Research that rewards a Spinda with heart-shaped patterns, along with extra XP for curveball catches and a chance to get Rare Candy from gifts.
Any Kirlia evolved into Gardevoir or Gallade during the event will learn the legacy charged move Synchronoise. Trainers can change a Furfrou’s trim to the heart form if they don’t already have it. Therian Forme Enamorus Raid Day runs Feb. 14 from 2–5 p.m. local time; during that window Furfrou and Luvdisc have increased shiny chances in raids.
Spinning PokéStops may yield Field Research tasks such as: Catch 5 Pokémon (Plusle or Minun encounter), Catch 10 Pokémon (Nidoran-F or Nidoran-M encounter), or Trade a Pokémon (Tandemaus encounter).
