The Pokopia Bulldoze Specialty lets you demolish or relocate buildings in Pokopia using specific kits purchased from the Pokemon Center computers. You need access to this skill early on when restoring the Withered Wasteland Pokemon Center, which guides you toward finding Onix in Pokopia.

Pokémon in Pokopia known to have the Bulldoze Specialty include Onix (unlocked via story), Steelix, Munchlax, Snorlax, Clodsire, Makuhita, Hariyama, Bonsly, Larvitar, Pupitar, Trapinch, Vibrava and Flygon; one additional Pokémon with the specialty has not yet been discovered.

When you want to demolish or relocate any building you have created or found, a Bulldoze-specialty Pokémon serves as the build leader to carry out the change. This makes such Pokémon especially useful for demolishing and rebuilding any Pokemon Centers you encounter in Pokopia.
