Pokémon Pokopia May Tease a Yellow Shellos for Winds and Waves
Pokémon Pokopia adds new forms for some older monsters, and fans have spotted a note referring to a "heretofore unknown yellow Shellos." Shellos and its evolved form Gastradon change appearance by region: on the West Sea they are pink and white, and on the East Sea they are blue and green.
A yellow form could be hinting at a new regional variant, and since Winds and Waves takes place in an archipelago, it’s entirely possible Shellos may show up there. As SoulSilverArt lays out, the games’ tropical setting—seemingly based on Southeast Asia—may draw inspiration from the "Wallace Line," a boundary used to mark the split between Asia and Australia’s climates.
Given that location and boundaries factor into Shellos’ different forms, fans think the yellow form might appear; will it be the only new Shellos form, or could it get an opposite counterpart similar to the Sinnoh monsters?
