Police deem disappearance of Australian mother in Andamooka 'suspicious' and a 'major' crime
People reports South Australia Police have declared the disappearance of 41-year-old Trisha Graf, who was last seen driving along Dunstan Drive in the remote town of Andamooka just over three weeks ago, to be "suspicious" and a "major" crime. Police said Graf was at the Roxby Downs Hotel at 12:19 a.m.
on Dec. 12, left a short time later in a white 2012 Ford Territory (SA registration S254BCX) accompanied by a friend, and struck a kangaroo while travelling from Roxby Downs to Andamooka. After the collision near the Andamooka township they visited a home in the north‑western area of the town; Graf left just before 2 a.m.
and was last seen on Dunstan Drive. Her partner and friend searched around midday on Dec. 12 and found her vehicle perched on a dirt mound near the Blue Dam east of Andamooka with accident damage and unable to be driven. Authorities carried out ground and aerial searches with assistance from the State Emergency Service, community volunteers and police divers.
