Prime Video's 'Bait' Debuts With 100% on Rotten Tomatoes
Prime Video's new series Bait has opened with a perfect 100% Rotten Tomatoes score, based on six reviews so far. The six-episode comedy-drama premieres on March 25, 2026, with all episodes released at once in more than 240 countries and territories. That approval rating could change as additional critics weigh in.
Bait is a meta entertainment-industry satire that examines identity, fame and the diaspora experience. Riz Ahmed stars as Shah Latif, a struggling actor who lands the audition of a lifetime to play the next James Bond; the story follows four chaotic days after news of the audition leaks and turns him into the focus of public speculation.
The cast also includes Guz Khan, Sheeba Chaddha, Aasiya Shah, Sajid Hasan, Ritu Arya and Werunche Opia.
