Prime Video’s Cult Fantasy Series Returns June 3 for Penultimate Season
Prime Video will premiere The Legend of Vox Machina Season 4 on June 3, 2026, with a three-episode weekly rollout and availability in more than 240 countries and territories. The fourth installment is billed as the penultimate chapter, with the series scheduled to conclude in Season 5.
Across three seasons the show has maintained a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score, a rare achievement for a long-running genre title. The story begins a year after the Chroma Conclave, with the team scattered and chasing love, family and purpose until a long-slumbering evil wakes and forces them back together.
The season signals a tonal shift toward consequences, identity and the cost of what the heroes already survived, rather than nonstop war. A social teaser has already hinted at the main threat, the Whispered One — a purple-clad skeletal figure that aligns with the finale’s cultists and the not-so-secret identity of Vecna from Dungeons & Dragons.
