Prime Video opens casting for Fallout Shelter reality competition
Polygon reports Prime Video is adapting the mobile game Fallout Shelter into a reality competition series and has opened casting for contestants to move into a Vault‑Tec vault.
The series is based on Fallout Shelter, the free‑to‑play management sim first released on mobile platforms in 2015. Prime Video described the show as set inside Vault‑Tec’s bomb‑proof vaults and said it will drop a diverse group of contestants into an immersive, high‑stakes world inspired by the games’ signature dark humor, retro‑futurism, and post‑apocalyptic survival storytelling.
Casting is open at FalloutShelterCasting.com, with applications accepted through Feb. 16. Prime Video says contestants will face escalating challenges, strategic dilemmas, and moral crossroads that test Fallout’s seven core attributes: strength, perception, endurance, charisma, intelligence, agility, and luck. The show is produced by Kilter Films and Studio Lambert, with Bethesda Game Studios and Amazon MGM Studios also listed as producers.
Beyond the casting site, deadline, and Prime Video’s description, there are few additional details available about the format or schedule.
