Prime Video's Fallout Still Riding High Ahead of Season 3

Sci-fi remains a central genre for streaming platforms, and Prime Video has delivered several recent hits. Among its most successful is Fallout, a new story set within the Bethesda games' universe rather than adapting a single title. The series stars Ella Purnell as Lucy and Walton Goggins as The Ghoul and has attracted positive attention across its first two seasons.

More than a month after Season 2's finale, Fallout still sits in Prime Video's top 10 despite the arrival of newer series. The show was renewed for a third season well before Season 2 premiered, and production on Season 3 is scheduled to begin this May; no release date has been announced.

Offscreen, Goggins will soon star opposite Amber Midthunder in The Painter. Purnell is set to return as Rhiannon in the second season of Sweetpea and will also appear in the horror comedy The Scurry with Rhys Ifans and Daniel Mays.

The first two seasons of Fallout are available on Prime Video.
