Itis now official: Ryan Goslings highest-rated film is Project Hail Mary, hailed by critics as this years "first masterpiece." Following its debut this week, the sci-fi adaptation has received rave reactions from critics and audiences and now sits above several Oscar-nominated titles in Goslings filmography on Rotten Tomatoes.

Project Hail Mary holds a 95% score on Rotten Tomatoes, a Certified Fresh rating based on 231 critic reviews. The film now tops Goslings list ahead of Drive (93%), La La Land (91%) and The Nice Guys (91%), among others. Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller and adapted from Andy Weirs bestselling novel, the story follows Ryland Grace a middle school science teacher and former biologist who wakes with amnesia on a spaceship lightyears from Earth.
