PSG set to finalise key contract extensions, including Luis Enrique
Paris Saint-Germain are set to wrap up a raft of key contract extensions, including head coach Luis Enrique, in a bid to end exit rumours. The moves are intended to consolidate the club’s long-term project after their historic European success and keep the core of the squad and leadership intact as a new era is built in Paris.
Le Parisien says negotiations are reaching final stages. Fabian Ruiz's deal is finalised, Bradley Barcola's is nearing completion, and a "sort of agreement in principle" has been reached with Luis Enrique, while formal talks over Ousmane Dembele's future have not yet begun.
Since his arrival, Luis Enrique has transformed PSG into a dominant continental force, securing back-to-back Ligue 1 titles and the club’s maiden Champions League trophy last season. With interest from several Premier League clubs including Manchester United, PSG want to extend his current contract, which runs until 2027, through to 2030 — a push reinforced by the recent 5-2 win over Chelsea at the Parc des Princes.
