Reacher Fans Push Alan Ritchson's War Machine Past 71 Million Streaming Hours

Alan Ritchson has turned his Reacher breakthrough into a steady stream of high-profile work. The Amazon series first elevated him in 2022, has since aired two more seasons and is set to return for a fourth, with a spin-off also in development. After last year’s Playdate with Kevin James found an audience on Prime Video despite poor reviews, Ritchson now tops Netflix’s charts with his new sci-fi action film War Machine.

Directed by Patrick Hughes, War Machine blends war-movie elements with alien-invasion spectacle and features Dennis Quaid, Stephan James, Esai Morales and Jai Courtney in supporting roles.
