Speaking with ScreenRant, Alan Ritchson said, "Well, we finished shooting Season 4 of Reacher. It’s by far the best season we’ve had yet, so it’s coming. It’ll be out this year."

Season 4 shifts the nomadic avenger to New York City, where a suspicious death on the subway draws him into a killer conspiracy.

Based on Lee Child's novels, Reacher introduced Ritchson as a former U.S. Army military police officer turned drifter who was arrested for murder in Season 1. Season 2 followed members of his old unit turning up dead, and Season 3 saw him racing to rescue an undercover DEA informant and confronting the dark heart of a vast criminal enterprise.

Each series has been a major success for Prime Video, and Season 4 is one of the streamer's most highly anticipated projects.
