Reba McEntire and Rex Linn Pick Africa as Dream Honeymoon

Reba McEntire and Rex Linn said their dream honeymoon destination is Africa, Nbc reported.

The couple both named Africa during a December 2025 appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show while playing a "Couple's Challenge" game, and McEntire said, "It's always our A-1 destination. We went there last year. Just love it." They have been engaged since Linn popped the question in Christmas 2024 and are co-stars on Season 2 of the sitcom Happy's Place.

Linn said he had planned to propose on a prior safari and "took the ring with me," but backed off after a tour guide warned a chosen spot was a migratory walkway for leopards. McEntire accepted his proposal on Christmas Eve, and the couple are planning "non-traditional" nuptials while continuing to work together; Linn said he occasionally "go by and kiss the top of her head real quick."
