Rebecca Gayheart celebrates daughter's 16th birthday days after Eric Dane's death

Rebecca Gayheart marked her eldest daughter Billie’s sweet 16 on Instagram, posting a throwback of Billie as a toddler with a huge smile, a large pink flower in her hair, a denim jumper dress and a pink ice cream cone. Gayheart captioned the post, “Happy Sweet 16 to the sweetest girl — mommy loves you to the moon and back unconditionally forever and ever 💖💖💖💖.” She shared additional photos showing Billie with various family members, including younger sister Georgia, with Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide” as a soundtrack.

A repost to Instagram Stories showed the sisters riding around in a pink and purple kid-sized Jeep with the caption “Happy birthday Billie” and the hashtag “Thisisixteen.” The tribute came days after actor Eric Dane died on Feb. 19 at the age of 53 following a battle with ALS.
