Redditor builds stained glass-style panel for gaming PC with 'magnificent and luxurious' deer

User Nososochek spent two months creating a stained glass-style deer illustration on a tempered glass side panel for their gaming PC.

They manually coat each section with a special acrylic that hardens over time, making sure the stain actually penetrates the tempered glass rather than just sitting on top. The process is time-consuming and delicate, described as somewhere between traditional stained glass work and a paint-by-numbers project.

Nososochek says the panel has been in their rig for over a year but only recently gained attention after their husband suggested posting it on Reddit. They had hoped at least 1,000 people would notice it and were shocked by the high number of views.

They also warned against dropping tempered glass on a hard, smooth surface, saying they couldn’t bear to watch the piece smash.
