The Renpho Eyeris Zen Eye Massager, priced at $130, is a thinner, quieter update to Renpho’s earlier Eyeris 1 and holds a longer charge. The device delivers pain relief with heat and massage while adding built-in meditation tracks to its feature set. It includes three massage modes (temples only, eyes only, and eyes and temples), three heat settings and two air pressure intensities.

The new model omits vibrations found on older units but adds nine guided meditations from Headspace and Bluetooth playback for personal audio. Purchasers receive a two-month Headspace subscription; the app costs $13 per month after the trial. Controls are concentrated on the main Power button, which handles power, meditation type, volume and Bluetooth mode, a setup that can be fiddly to use while wearing the mask.

A remote would have simplified operation, though the reviewer became accustomed to the controls after several sessions.
