Roborock's Qrevo Curv 2 Flow robot vacuum and mop is now available, ZDNET reported, with an introductory price of $849 and a regular price of $999.

The device introduces Roborock's SpiralFlow mopping system and a self-washing roller mop that continuously sprays clean water from an internal tank while a scraper removes dirty water into a separate wastewater tank. It also features 20,000Pa of suction, the company's signature dual roller brushes, a shield that covers the mop when the robot goes over carpet, and a roller with 15N of downward pressure — described as over 3lbs — and 1cm more length than the newly announced Ecovacs Deebot X12.

ZDNET's reviewer tested the Curv 2 Flow for a month and said it performed like a flagship device on mostly hard floors, leaving very clean hardwood behind, handling pet hair with the dual rollers and strong suction, and removing wet spills including soy sauce, coffee, milk and juice without leaving sticky residue after drying.

ZDNET's buying advice recommends the Qrevo Curv 2 Flow for homes with mostly hard floors, and for households with pets or children. The introductory $150 discount applies if purchased before February 1, ZDNET said.
