Russell Crowe’s political war thriller Nuremberg is now streaming on Netflix and sits at No. 2 on the U.S. charts, behind Alan Ritchson’s War Machine. The film, which premiered in U.S. theaters in September 2025, has even edged out Jurassic World Rebirth and several other recent franchise entries.

Directed and written by James Vanderbilt and based on Jack El-Hai’s 2013 book The Nazi and the Psychiatrist, Nuremberg pairs Crowe with fellow Oscar-winner Rami Malek. The story follows a U.S. Army psychiatrist who becomes locked in a psychological showdown with accused Nazi Hermann Göring.

The ensemble includes Leo Woodall, John Slattery, Mark O'Brien, Colin Hanks, Wrenn Schmidt, Lydia Peckham, Richard E. Grant and Michael Shannon.
