Ryan Gosling Returns to Host SNL on March 7
Saturday Night Live's second half of Season 51 continues with episodes from Finn Wolfhard, Teyana Taylor and Alexander Skarsgård already on the books and available to stream on Peacock. Ryan Gosling, a three-time Academy Award nominee best known recently for Barbie, will host the March 7 episode.
It will be his first time back in Studio 8H since 2024. The March 7 show will mark Gosling's fourth time hosting. He previously hosted on December 5, 2015 (with Leon Bridges), September 30, 2017 (with Jay-Z) and April 13, 2024 (with Chris Stapleton). Once he takes the stage, he will be only one episode away from joining the SNL Five-Timers Club; he also made a surprise appearance during Kristen Wiig's Season 49 monologue alongside actual members.
Gorillaz will be the musical guest, their first time on SNL in the band's 25-year history. Fronted by four cartoon avatars and led by Damon Albarn, the group has featured many guest artists across nine studio albums, including 2026's The Mountain.
