Samsung debuts Wi‑Fi Music Studio speakers and new Q‑series soundbars ahead of CES 2026
Samsung has unveiled two Wi‑Fi smart speakers and two new soundbars as part of its CES 2026 lineup. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced. The Music Studio Series includes the Music Studio 7 (LS70H) and Music Studio 5 (LS50H). The Music Studio 7 is the higher‑end model with a 3.1.1 spatial audio configuration (left, center, right and up‑firing speakers), AI Dynamic Bass Control to reduce distortion, and support for up to 24‑bit/96kHz playback.
Samsung says the Music Studio speakers can pair with compatible Samsung TVs and soundbars and act as rear speakers. The smaller Music Studio 5 uses a 4‑inch woofer, dual tweeters and a built‑in waveguide to improve clarity and dispersion. It also includes AI Dynamic Bass Control and supports Wi‑Fi casting, streaming services, voice control and Bluetooth.
Samsung's 2026 Q‑series soundbar lineup is led by the HW‑Q990H, which succeeds last year's HW‑Q990F. The system pairs a 7.0.2‑channel main bar with 4.0.2‑channel rear speakers and an external subwoofer with dual 8‑inch drivers, maintaining an 11.1.4‑channel configuration and adding AI features called Sound Elevation and Auto Volume.
The HW‑QS90H is an all‑in‑one soundbar with a 7.1.2 configuration, 13 drivers, an integrated subwoofer and an internal gyro sensor to support both tabletop and wall‑mounted placement without sacrificing sound quality.
