Sarah Ferguson believes 'everyone is out to get her' following the arrest of her ex-husband, former Prince Andrew. Friends say she is struggling with her mental health and would like to remain in the Windsor area so Princess Beatrice and Eugenie can visit with their children; she has also considered the United Arab Emirates to 'make money' but has ruled out moving in with Andrew at his new Sandringham Estate.

Andrew was arrested Thursday morning on suspicion of misconduct in public office after several unmarked police cars arrived at his residence. He spent about 11 hours in custody before being released around 7 p.m., and Thames Valley Police carried out searches at addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk.

The force said it had 'arrested a man in his sixties from Norfolk on suspicion of misconduct in public office' and opened an investigation, Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright said.
