Sarah Ferguson staying with friends after losing royal home amid Epstein fallout
Sarah Ferguson is effectively homeless and has been staying with friends after losing her royal home, and she is having trouble finding a place to stay in New York following the latest Epstein revelations. She has been camping out with pals, including Priscilla Presley.
Although she and her ex-husband, ex-Prince Andrew, divorced in 1996, the former Duke and Duchess of York continued to live together at Royal Lodge in Windsor until he was evicted by King Charles after his arrest for his involvement with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Ferguson was once a regular visitor to New York and often stayed at the homes of friends, but former benefactors now consider her too radioactive to host. "Everyone's telling her that now's not a good time," an insider said. "A lot of people actually really like her, but being associated with anyone associated with Epstein just isn't wise right now." Her daughter Eugenie lives in the city, yet both mother and daughter worry that having Ferguson on her doorstep could harm the family.
