Savannah Guthrie and Family Offer $1 Million Reward in Search for Missing Mom
As the search for her mother entered its 24th day, TODAY co-anchor Savannah Guthrie posted a video on Instagram on February 24 pleading for Nancy Guthries safe return and announcing a $1 million reward. Nancy, 84, whose home is just outside of Tucson, Arizona, was reported missing by her family on February 1.
Local and federal authorities have been treating the case as a crime and possible abduction; doorbell camera footage released by the FBI on February 10 shows an armed individual wearing a face mask, gloves, and a backpack. Holding back tears, Guthrie thanked the many people who have been praying and said every hour since her mothers disappearance has been "agony" of worrying and missing her.
