Savannah Guthrie said Tuesday that her family is offering up to $1 million for information that leads to finding her mother, Nancy, who was abducted from her home more than three weeks ago. Ms. Guthrie is a host on the "Today" show. In a four-minute video posted on Instagram, she acknowledged that her 84-year-old mother may already be dead but said the family is holding out hope for a miracle.

The reward is in addition to an F.B.I. reward of $100,000, and the family is donating $500,000 to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children; both rewards would be paid to anyone offering information that leads to locating Ms. Guthrie. Nancy Guthrie was taken from her home just north of Tucson early on Feb.

1 — "taken in the dark of night from her bed," Ms. Guthrie said. Authorities have received tens of thousands of tips but have released few leads; investigators have cited 44 seconds of doorbell-camera footage showing a masked, armed man approaching the door shortly before the abduction.
