People reports that Savannah Guthrie and her siblings posted a tearful Instagram video on Feb. 4 pleading with their mother’s potential abductor, captioned “Bring her home.” In the video Savannah said the family has heard media reports of a ransom letter and that they are “ready to talk,” but asked for an unequivocal sign that their mother is alive.

She described Nancy Guthrie as 84, in constant pain and without medicine, and urged whoever has her to reach out while thanking the public for their support and prayers. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department says Nancy was reported missing from her Arizona home at 11 a.m.

on Feb. 1 and was last seen by family members around 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 31. Authorities have called the house a “crime scene,” said they believe she was taken against her will, and appealed for anyone with information to come forward, warning that her necessary medication could be fatal if not received within 24 hours.
