Trade-in credit varies by model and condition. To receive the full $720 you need a Galaxy S25 Ultra or a Galaxy Z Fold 7 in good condition; other examples include an estimated $490 for a Galaxy S24 Ultra and an estimated $299 for a Pixel 10 Pro. The value is applied instantly to the order, but you must send in your old phone and meet the eligibility requirements.

To receive full trade-in value the device must turn on and have a working screen; have Activation Locks disabled, accounts removed and be factory reset; have a working charging port and a battery that holds a charge; show no cracks to the screen, body or camera lens; include a fully functional S Pen when needed (or incur a $30 charge); and not be on a banned list.
